So I've been sick for the past 2 weeks. It's been horrible. I've had the whole sore thoat, congestion, lack of voice and general all over icky-ness.

Last Thursday I woke up late, still feeling horrible and realizing I had been ill for a week and not feeling at all better, so I called my dotor. and as the day progressed (5pm - 11am) I started to feel better, and when I got to see my dr. I was feeling noticably better.....not 100% yet...but feeling better.

Apparently I had a low grade fever and she went ahead and gave me a strep test, but both of those came back negative. She also gave me an antibiotic and if the test came back positive or my symtoms returned I was supposed to take it. but...since the test was negative and I was feeling better....I didn't get it filled.

2 days ago I woke from a nap with my hands feeling like they were on fire. They burned and itched all over and it was absolutely horrible. As the day when on they started to chill out and not be as bad...but still not normal. then I started noticing that I was developing a rash on my wrists and then moving up my arms. shortly later I found it on my legs. At first I thought it was razor burn but I realized it wasn't as it was getting worse and moving to my feet. Soon I was noticing it on my stomach.

So yesterday morning I went back to the dr. And apparently when they did the strep test they must have hit on the one spot of my thoat that didn't have the bacteria.

So what does the Raven Girl have? Scarlet Fever. Apparently Scarlet Fever is Strep with rash.

It is so horrible! the worst part is on my hands and my knees and my elbows. I've just been spending all my time in bed.

Ugh....notice my luck. The second person I make out gives me this horrible nasty thing. When I finally have sex there is going to be lots of condoms and lots of birthcontrol of every possible kind.
