As of late I have been watching way too much of Pirates of the Caribbean.

the first time I saw it I thought it was horrible. Aside from Johnny Depp nothing in it made it worth watching. Then I saw it again because B and J were going to watch it...and it was a saturday afternoon..and I was bored so decided to go...and it was much better the second time. ...I guess going into it expecting it to be horrible..made it better. (I think that's what happened with The Order and I love that movie so much!!!)

But the other day Blockbuster was running and sale...2 previously vieweds for 20 (Becky commented the other day how I know about all the movie sales). I really wanted Equalibrum, though I wouldn't pay 14.99 for it...(so I didn't get it the day before when they were running the buy 2 get on free sale) But....I would pay 10 for it and the likelihood of finding that film again at that price seemed near impossible, but that meant I needed to find another movie to get.

I thought about getting Once Upon a Time in Mexico but it was 12.99 and I would pay that for that movie....and Pirates was listed for 14.99 and I wouldn't pay more than 10 for that one...so...hence the reasoning for the purchase.

But...the point being....I have been watching it almost non stop since I got it! It is making for proper background noise. ...I have it on right now. I can sit in this room and do and assortment of things, from checking email to working on revamping my resume ...have interesting sounds and look up and catch all the great Johnny Depp moments. And earlier during lunch and coffee I watched most of the extras.

I know I do this with movies....I do it all the time...but who knew I'd do it with this one.
