Now, things are really to early to tell. ...just evaluationing the situation. Interesting enough I've know this guy since middleschool.

So what brought this on. Well, I went to BeerTrek on wedsday. Not because I'm a StarTrek fan, but because it was something to do here in this town, and I need to find a new circle of friends. So I went to BeerTrek.

Afterward we ended up watching a bit of the XMen cartoon, which brought on a comic converstation. He's actually a bit comic dork, he knows alot! and was exhibited an intellagance that I didn't realize was there. Then at some point there was a switch to talking a bout The Lord of the Rings. He found the books in the same way I did. And he just finished Fellowship and his goal is the finish the 3 in time for the Return of the King.

The main problem I think I have with him is the fact that he's my father. Paging Dr. Freud. Alcoholic law in forcer. (he's currently trying to get a position as deputy Sheriff. I mean he has alot of qualityes I don't really go for. I mean, he doesn't have the physical look I usually go for. He has such a normal guy look. And he's really buff. I mean really buff. ..very strong. Again, not something I go for. But...I dunno. I guess I could say thing same thing for Jeff (who I still think about and continplate calling.)

Another problem is the fact that I'm friends with him. The thing is most of my friends are male and most of them have resigned themselves to being (to quote Chris Rock) "Trapped in the Friend Zone!!". So most of my friends (excluding B and including Libby) blatently hit on me all the time! Marty told me it's because he (they) have nothing to lose. I love when they blantently hit on me, I think it's funny. For example Marty had this friend who has a gigantic boner for me, he's really funny but I'm just not attracted to him. so this one time Marty and I were walking to dinner and this guy passed us and he and marty talked of a bit and then he had to go...and Marty asked him if he'd like to eat with us and his response "Nah, don't have time..unless Raven wants to go have sex" and my response was "I'll take Head" (quoting Dogma) and his response, "Now? I think we have time".

So...the point being...I have a feeling if I really do get a thing for him, I'm gonna have to do all the persuing.
