I'm finding that I've been sleeping enormous amounts. I decided yesterday around 4pm that I was going to take a nap. I curled up in my bed and then around 10:30 (11:30 by my bedroom clock which throws my perception of time entirely off...which is sorta the point)my phone rang. I opened my eyes and was some what confused to find it black. It was B on the phone, he just got off work inviting me over for a movie tomorrow (tonight). I opted to go back to sleep so that I wouldn't be up all night. ...so I ended up waking up about 6:30am and therefore getting about 14 1/2 hours sleep. How screwed up is that? hypersomnia? Yeah when B called he asked what I was doing, I said sleeping, he asked "why?" and I said "I didn't know". I guessed that I decided to take a nap and forgot to wake up. |
