| the irony of life July 16, 2002 1:12 a.m. Related Reading Wow I've had about 6 entries in my head all day, and now that I have the chance, I just want to go home and go to bed. Oh, so why am I on a puter? Well, that's a story in itself. I drove 2 hours to my apt. The last time I was here I brought some tapes from blockbuster and left one of them in the vcr, it's due tomorrow at 12, so I needed to come get it. Now, get this when I got to my apt I found that there was a message on my machine from Hot Topic wanting me to come into the store for a video interview asap. Now on one hand this shows God's plan and perfect timing. o ...on the other hand it shows God's sense of humor. Because I was working in my mom's office at home I took home all the clothes that would be approriote for working there. Now this doesn't include my vinyle or velvet pants, but it does include my nice shirts/tops...and most of my nice shoes. however,...I will mannage in the shoe department. However I don't know what I will do for a shirt. I have a few things that might work...but they are not great. I plan on calling tomorrow before I go and asking them what sort of attire would be approriote, dress or casual. or dress casual. And then if I'm really desperate I'm sure I could find a cheap shirt somewhere that would work.....hopefully all will work out well in the long run, and hopefully I'll get a job because I really need one, and I really want to work there. |
