| Hot Topic job interview. July 16, 2002 1:49 p.m. Related Reading I am the hottest girl in here, and I don't mean in regards to appearence. I am wearing black velvet pants, a long sleve polyester black dress shirt, soft wool sox, and big black leather shoes. And it's 90 or so degrees outside. So why am I dressed like this? I just got back from my Hot Topic interview. This outfit was alittle too cliche Hot Topic for my liking, but I was lacking options. I believe my interview went very well. Yea! Right now they are looking for temp help for back to school, and then he said they would send me a 'lay off' letter which basicly means that he wouldn't have hours for me, but then hire me back on in october for Halloween, and keep me though the New Year. (hypotheticly speaking if I am hired) but he did say that in the in between period I would still be considered and employee and could use my discount. ....(and I'm assuming if I do well in this temp position they the might keep me more permenantly. which would be nice!) But I feel I was much more myself for this interview than I was for the coffee house. ...that time I was just too quiet, and this time I was very open and talkative. Yea for me. ...so hopefully as of Aug. I will have a job, the one I've been wanting forever! Yea! |
