So last night I finally got to watch Bill Marhar's post election show.

Now I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't that. I believe it was filmed the first friday after the election, and Bill looked like he hadn't been eating. His face was very thin. And he looked like that at just about any moment he would break out into tears.

the first person he interviewed was a congressman from Wyoming, who had apparently appeared several times on Politically Incorrect.

Bill asked him a simply question and the man proceeded to rip his head off time and time again. Bill made a tiny gay joke and the man ridiculed him for being offensive and spreading hate. ...and bill kept trying to be calm and move on but the guy kept laying into him. And you could tell at the end of the segment that bill was just so upset. You looked at his eyes and you could tell he was fighting back tears, he was swaying and doing an assortment of other nervous things which alsos showed how upset he was.

Then he spoke with Susan Surandon and she was about the same way.

When it became time for the panel discussion.....one of the panelists started ripping into bill the exact same why! All he asked was what is it that we blue states don't under stand about the red states. And the man kept telling him that it was bill's mocking of the religious right that sent them out in droves to vote. ....And bill was already upset thinking that the out of the election was hollywood's fault.

Now I say this to bill with all love.

Bill, while I agree with you, and I think you make a major difference in the world.......Nothing you side back anyone one into a corner and forced them to go vote for Bush. I love ya Bill but the show lately has been so libreal..so geared to Kerry voters that I don't believe anyone who would be inclined to vote for bush would have watched more than 5 minutes of your show ever. Most likely none of those people heard a word you have to say. Hell, I love your show but I have to watching "On Demand" because I really don't have a clue to what day and time it's on.

Bill, you're doing the right thing, don't let those assholes get you down.

it just broke my heart to see bill so broken and upset. But then again, everyone who voted for Kerry seems to be broke and upset right now.....I couldn't imagine have to go out right after it happened and make people laugh about it.

Bill....please come so where close on tour,...Please?
